Eligibility for Return/Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- The product must be in original packaging with tags intact
- The product must not be damaged or worn
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:

- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong item received

Returns are accepted only in case of:

We do not offer returns for change of mind.
Delivery Time
All orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation.
Payment Method
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable in case of damaged or incorrect products
